mysql issues (?)

Not able to get access to mysql (F9, rumpus).
I'd raise a ticket but I can't get access to the main PN site, either 😕
Is anyone else seeing this? It's not the connection quality I don't think (dial-up because that's the only way I can access ccgi, and ftp access to that is working fine).
The translations for Chinese verbs (traditional characters) just arrived here and I'd really like to get them safely uploaded onto mysql : D
