I have a backup script that is run by CRON. For someone unknown reason it has stopped running. The script itself is fine as I can run it manually no bother. As all CRON entries are now under the control of PN Networks, I raised a ticket via the 'Ask a question of the Support team' with a reply of 'Unfortunately this is not something we can offer direct support on', and suggested I raise it here. (http://usertools.plus.net/tutorials/id/18 #Backups and http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,84740.msg741300.html#msg741300 both suggest you raise a ticket). So does anyone have any advice on how to raise CRON issues, specifically who they are sent to and who deals with them. thanks Hope I don't get into a 'raise a ticket, raise on forum,raise a ticket...' stack overflow !
