lost web site

Can anyone help?
I get the following message when trying to up date my website.
Server Refused List Request
with the following details
Unable to build data connection: Connection timed out
In addition I seem to have deleted my website and no longer have the correct subfolder to upload web pages to

Assuming this problem relates to your Plusnet webspace I think you really need technical support from Plusnet to verify that the folder structure is set up properly, and that FTP access to the webspace works properly.
I suggest raising a ticket recording the error messages you get (as in your post) and ask for the above mentioned checks to be made.
