lost and need help

Hi had my migration email last night, and to be honest i lost. 
how do i access my migrated PHPBB3 site on the new server ?
before the migration i could access the site via
http://ccgi.MYUSERNAME.plus.com/phpBB3/index.php
what would be the URL for the new location?
I have tried to follow the FAQ, but i must be a little simple as they haven't helped me at all.
I can log in to the new portal, and have changed my password, but can't see any of my files, i have tried to use the FTP server adders as stated in the email
ccgi.MYUSERNAME.plus.com
do i use the control panel username for FTP?
if i try and access ccgi.MYUSERNAME.plus.com, i just get a plus net loading page saying No webpage have been uploaded yet, i though my old sites had been move to the new platform, hope someone can help

You've got the right URL, there's something wrong with your database. Leave it with me and I'll arrange for it to be sorted.

Using the File Manager, you'll find them in the /public directory

No, you use ccgi.USERNAME.plus.com for that too.

That's just because there's nothing in your home directory. On the old platform you'd just have seen a 403 error.
