line rental renewal

Hi, I have had an email saying I can renew my line rental at the current price before 3 December 2019, but having searched extensively cannot find anywhere I can do this. Can someone at Plusnet please help.  Thanks.

Thanks for responding, however I had already found this page but where do you click to renew, I have no button to renew. Thanks.

Thanks for highlighting this - the option to renew LRS isn't always present in the Member Centre - my apologies if this isn't appearing for you.

If you give our Customer Service team a call on 0800 328 4620 they'll be happy to renew that for you at any point before the renewal date.
