Re: keywords

Easy answer is like this taken from index.html on my wife's site
<meta name="keywords" content="artist, mixed media, acrylic, Joan Scott, Dorset, original artworks, abstract, semi abstract">
<meta name="description" content="Joan Scott, Mixed Media Artist">
Another thing is to create a Google site map http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ add it to the website and then using a Google Acount and add it to the Google information using the webmaster tools

Re: keywords

I've long been taught that just using met keywords - especially long strings of them is of little value these days - they were abused and so major search engines take little or no use of them - particularly Google.
You need to put keywords in amongst the text, alts & names for images, and as page titles
look at a few of these

Re: keywords

I'd suggest that it would be a good idea to google "Search Engine Optimisation".
