instalation date today

been sat here  since dinner appointment PM,  no call advise on how late the engineer works, sat here 4 hour now, no calls....whats the latest they turn up?

 

tried ringing plusnet 0800 at least now its down to 20 mins from 40mins...….

@ribbyg  Welcome to the forum.

Unless you need a new line installing there's normally no engineer visit to your property. You should get a message from Plusnet saying that your service is ready at which point you plug your hub in and away you go. It can take up until midnight before this is fully set up.

thanks for reply, rang customer services. nice chap Craig sorted me out, as you say openreach can do their end remotely, iv seen on the footpath  DIG markings, would of been great to be informed, ah well router wasn't despatched either Craig (good lad) sorting

 

 what is funny he rang me yet asked security questions agon   oh nooo. 

end result ok

I can see that our suppliers have passed this to their contractors for the dig work to be carried out.

Unfortunately due to the current situation we can't get updates directly but as soon as we know more we'll update you further
