http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ stuck in tap 3 mode after failed attempt

Trying to get the further testing results page as the tester is finally catching my reduced speed.  But I tried to use the tap3 test in case I was asked to on my fault ticket, but due to my router failing to connection when using speedtest@speedtest_domain any speedtests I run now and do the further testing will result in it trying to run the tap 3 test every time so stopping me from getting the information for my ticket.

Tried with 2 browsers and manually deleted the cookies for the domain with no change.  Time for big brother to finally get around to fixing that tester it says is 100% accurate

Are you re-attempting the first two tests by connecting to username@plusdsl.net?

When at the weekend I attempted to run the first test again after TAP3 failure I received a message to the effect that  speedtest@speedtest_domain should only be used for TAP3.

Re: http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ stuck in tap 3 mode after failed attempt

yes was using @plusdsl.net domain as login, the speedtest@speedtest_domain failed to connect with and without any password when i tried it on the tap3 test and then every single Further testing I did after the initial speed test that I tried did the tap3 test and failed each time.  That resulted in me seeing bad speeds reported on BTspeedtest but I couldn't copy it for the ticket I have open, which is the one thing PN say they have to have to start fault report to BT
