You can't. You have two options.

Use web chat which doesn't work if one has adverts blocked! (no, I can't figure that out neither), or
Call them up and wait for an hour or so on hold. But do hang on, your call is important to them.

Last time I phoned (this last week) the call was answered in 90 seconds.

There is a known issue that chat if accessed via Help & Support always reports as unavailable. Access it via contact us instead.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
