help with uploading please

I use Core ftp and all was fine a while back when I last uploaded a file but now all I get is the status failed message.
This is the log...sorry if it goes on a bit & thanks for any advice.

The permission denied means it is not allowed to overwrite the index.html file. This should not happen.
Try deleting the file first via FTP then trying to upload t again.
If you get the same permission denied error uploading other files, you need to raise a ticket and get it looked at.

Thanks very much for the advice. If you mean deleting the file by right clicking & click delete - then it deletes for about two seconds and then re-appears again....

Sounds like a permissions problem with your webspace. Time to raise a ticket and get it investigated.
