help with activating my rewards card

I am also having the same problem activating my rewards card. I have the card but can not access the website printed on the back of the card and have not received the activation code email. I have also tried the phone number ending in 1995 which goes to a recorded message. Help!

Can you possibly attatch a screenshot of what you see when you attempt to access the site?

Screenshot attached as requested. Please confirm the website address is correct as this is the only address printed on the back of the card.

Once the are ID and my  name have been entered, it states ' details entered not recognised '.

Can you check that the name on the card is spelled correctly - the one entered needs to match exactly.
