force9 hosted website still active (18 years later)

Hi,

18 years ago I helped my friend set up a web site hosted by force9 with a domain name.

Sadly he passed away in 2012, yesterday I found a brochure for his company and out of curiosity I tried the url "http://www.dringassociates.co.uk" and to my surprise found it is still alive and the domain is still being actively re-registered.

Who do I tell so you can close it down. I doubt I still have the login details as it was setup 18 years ago and wasn't changed after that.

Would you happen to be able to obtain a copy of the death certificate to email to us at postroom@plus.net?

Once we've received it we'll be able to look at closing the account and the domain/website.
