exploit kit on site

Several months ago my site was infected with an exploit kit so I took it down and reuploaded it. Within a couple of days the kit was back, thinking I might need advice I came on here and it was suggested that a change of password might do the trick.  Unfortunately when I changed the password on the home page it did not change for my website uploads,Any ideas.

Re: exploit kit on site

The upload password is the same as your portal login password and it should have changed automatically - I am not sure why it didn't

Re: exploit kit on site

I did spend a bit of time trying to upload with the new password. Maybe I had better put in a ticket.

Hi there, just tried refreshing the component, that should sort it out for you - if you give it 20 minutes or so (from time of posting) then try logging in it should have updated.
