error 503

Can anyone help, I am trying to log on to my remote website through Firefox ftp and when I enter my password that it asks for a window shows up saying that it is incorrect (error 503) How can that be and how can I resolve the problem

Sounds like an authentication problem. Check your details are correct for http://www.plus.net/support/hosting/webspace/webspace_details.shtml They can be entered in the main and connection tabs of the account manager selected from the create-an-account drop down.
