email for my domain

Host my own domain at home. I have tried to set up email but failed, only getting outgoing working. I did the following:
* updated my MX record to match my plus.net static IP.
* forwarded port 25 from the router to the server.
* opened port 25 on the server firewall
* configured the smtp server to use relay.plus.net
Checked the mail server logs and no incoming messages for my domain. Like I said out going via the server great, incoming never arrive with no failure to deliver notifications. Any ideas?

Run a smtp diagnostic https://www.wormly.com/test_smtp_server is one but there are others

@itsme Nice one, just run the test and figured out my port forwarding was using the wrong WAN port. All good now.
