When I was with force9, it was a simple matter to go into the website builder wizard to edit my website pages. But now the editing options seem to have disappeared. What am I doing wrong? How can I update my site without having to start from the beginning again?
Thanks for any help.

You can download your pages to your PC with FTP.
Make your changes with software of your choice (you can use a text editor).
Upload the page back to your website with FTP.
I recommend the FireFTP plugin on FireFox, but almost any FTP client will work.
There are quite a lot of help pages you can look at on the plusnet portal.

If you are using Internet Explorer v6 you can ftp by going to:
ftp://your_username_go's_here@homepages.force9.net/htdocs/
A box will pop up put your Username & Password in it. you can jrag & drop files to & from your computer.
Hope this helps.

You might like to consider using NVU - free download from www.nvu.com
It has a website management tool that lets you edit existing sites.
