domain name transfer problem

hi
i am trying to transfer a domain name set up with 123reg into plusnet so i can use my webspace here
as far as i am aware i done as requested - pointed name to plusnet servers (from 123) and raised a ticket 90149638 to inform plusnet.
have had no response so far and not showing in my control panel
is there anyway of doing this without raising a ticket request  ?(and a wait)  Phone lines have a long wait. Need this website hosted.

I've just completed the transfer for you. You'll need to allow some time for DNS to catch up.
