cgi Contact form email never arrives

Hello there,
I am Nigel,
I would really appreciate someone helping me with a problem I have. At the following url I have set up a standard plusnet provided cgi contact form.
http://www.nibulley.plus.com/Feedback.htm
The form works ok but an email never arrives in my email box.

Have you checked in your spam folder?

Thank you for your suggestion, but it has not arrived in my spam folder either.

Do you have a non-plusnet email address you could try instead of the recipient one you have used?
