ccgi white-label hosting - control panel is blank - no tools, no settings

Back in 2014 when CGI hosting was migrated to white label at https://hosting.plus.net/portal/# I got my login credentials and everything looked fine.

It's now 2017 and I log in again only to find that all the apps/tools are gone ( see screen grab)

I can only assume that, even though I met the migration criteria in 2014 ( I got sent an e-mail with the new white-label login), my slight use of the service has caused someone to try to whip the features away from under my nose, even though I now have a use for them.

How do I get it back ?

Yes, all the tools you should have are there. Once you've used any of them they will be shown as "Recently used" on the opening screen.
