Hi
With this new ccgi platform I want to taked the opportunity to change the address in the url to reflect my web address
ie I want my www.mydomain.co.uk to show in the url bar and not ccgi.mydomain.plus.com
Can you do this for me or do i have to tick a box somewhere?

Is it the domain you have hosted on your Plusnet account that you'd like pointing to the new platform? I can do this for you if you like?

I think the answer is yes!
My Plusnet domain is already pointing at the ccgi platform. However it is showing in the url bar as ccgi.mydomain.plus.com.
This causes a problem when i want to direct someone to www.mydomain.co.uk/somefolder as it doesn't work because its on the ccgi bit. It works with ccgi.mydomain.plus.com/somefolder though.

OK, that should have been done for you now. You'll need to wait 24 hours or so for the changes to propagate.
