ccgi space ? php or mysql admins problems

Hi if I attempt to phpMyadmin or MySQL manager I get a new screen with a turquoise background and a message  "Sorry, your current package does not contain this application. "
Any ideas.

I think a Plusnet staff member needs to wave his magic wand to resolve this. Hopefully one will be along soon.

Very peculiar. Is this still happening? I've just tried accessing your account and I couldn't replicate the problem
