ccgi - new problems, ftp and http disagree

Hi,
I had problems with the cgi server, so I backed up my stuff, disabled it, re-enabled it, and reloaded my files...
However, something's not right. I've got a simple index.html, but when I browse to http://ccgi.tomandlu.plus.com I see a completely different index. The correct one should say "Test Index - test index.html", but what I actually get is "It works!", and I can't even see where that file is coming from...
I seem to be hitting a completely different (wrong) directory via html...
Also, a minor oddity - for a moment I was able to log in via telnet, but now that's being refused - I've no idea whether telnet access is still supported or not, so I've no idea whether I was meant to be able to connect or not... all in all, a frustrating 48 hours...
Anyone got any ideas as to what's happening?

That's the page for the default vhost. It suggests that tomandlu is not currently mapped on ccgi - presumably a hangover from disabling your account. It should get re-added after a bit.
You shouldn't be able to get in by telnet. I hope that was a mirage or PN have a problem.

Well, I've logged a support call, and something's happening, although still a work in progress... the telnet was bizarre (btw we did used to have telnet access a few years ago, didn't we?). There it was for a glorious five minutes - I was even able to cd .. out of my home directory and could see all the other home directories and their aliases...

I'm wondering if there are some IP ranges allowed in to allow PN staff access to the server.
Tom: are you on a fixed or variable IP? Could you post your current IP (with the last part masked) please

Hi,
I'm on a fixed IP - 84.92.***.**
I wonder if it wasn't just a side-effect of work PN were doing on my account (given I was having problems). It's not connecting now ("Connection refused by host").
All is now well, btw...

Hi all, thanks for letting us know about this - our network engineers are about to roll a fix out to sort this. Should be done within the next hour or so.
