Last night I tried to log in to my ccgi web space (which I had not used for a long time) from https://hosting.plus.net/portal/ but it does not seem to let me in.
I thought the username supposed to be ccgi.<username>.plus.com and the password is your account password but it did not work.
I tried to reset the password using the forgotten password link but nothing comes through my inbox.
Am I doing something wrong? Any help will be appreciated.
