i can log in via the control panel and see that files are present but ftp (using FileZilla) gives 'Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known".'
Browsing to url http://cgi.judith18buckden.plus.com/MEET/index.php gives '

Can someone from Plusnet Help resolve apparent DNS error.
