cannot access webspace

I have today obtained a hosted domain and have set up my DNS settings etc. I cannot access my webspace by either FTP or the recommendations in this forum.
I am working on a BT broadband connection at this moment but do have plusnet broadband business for my work.
Can i access from BT and how do i do this. i have read all the instructions and it doesnt seem to be there.

Assuming I'm looking at the correct account, you don't have any Plusnet Webspace. That would explain why you can't connect to the Plusnet FTP severs.
The .co.uk domain that's already associated with your account isn't actually pointing to Plusnet webspace::

Registrar:

        ns0.payh.co.uk            212.56.83.195
        ns1.payh.co.uk            212.56.83.227

Instead, it's hosted with our sister company Pay-As-You-Host. This isn't great news for you because that service is being switched off tomorrow!
You should have received a series of emails about the decommission?

Thank you for the prompt response.
I have switched the name servers across today. So they should be populating now.
I have 3 domains in the control panel and was hoping to ftp one of the sites today ready for when the servers accept the changes.

I've added some webspace to your account however it's not likely to be up and running until tomorrow. The .co.uk domain that's pointing to PAYH looks to be running off Joomla? If that's the case then Plusnet webspace isn't going to be of much use because it only supports static content and doesn't allow the use of PHP/MySQL.

Thank you Bob, i have 2 Joomla sites and 1 in HTML.
I will use Plusnet webspace for HTML and re-route the others if necessary.
