can't login to control panel..

got an email saying my website has been moved with the new login details, but i can't login
and when i do a password reset it doesn't send me an email...
anyone else having this problem?
should i raise a ticket?

Hi Bob,
I also got the email.
http://ccgi.dougrice.plus.com/cgi-bin/wiki.pl gets a 404 Not found error.
I cannot log into the FTP server and the email informing me of the reset password does not arrive and my normal email address.
I managed to ftp onto cshell so I have downloaded my old ccgi site.

I also have the same problem. Got my email and tried to get in. Then tried the option of getting another password.
My father got one for his site, but that worked fine.
