I have recently started receiving abusive emails from force9 accusing me of being over my webspace limit. I have not touched my webspace for months and just have a few photos there. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Why are they doing this?

You have an allowance of 250MB webspace and a traffic allowance of 250 MB per day. I suspect that it is the second you have gone over - the email you get is not at all clear and there have been complaints about this for months if not years.
What it means is that you photos have suddenly got very popular and a lot of people are looking at them.

Your Ip address is not a PlusNet (Force9) one. So your daily allowance may be 25MB per day.
Also they are not "abusive" but "abuse" e-mails that you are receiving.
