Yet another Webstats failure (YAWF)

It looks as though Mr Webstats Checker has fallen asleep on the job yet again.

What makes me thinkg that? Well yesterday's and today's and todays webstats, each for my two domains, were identical.

Can someone sort this out please, and recriut a new Mr Webstats Checker?

Surely not an unreeasonable request ...

Re: Yet another Webstats failure (YAWF)

We were aware yesterday morning about a problem with Webstats however we have a couple of higher priority issues to deal with at the moment.

I'll update when it's resolved.

*EDIT*

It's being rerun now, you might lose a little bit of data.  For clarity though the Webstats monitoring worked we just had other priorities to resolve.

Thanks for your patience

Re: Yet another Webstats failure (YAWF)

I was reading another thread about this problem, you are not the only one.

I will suggest to the mods your thread should be merged to that one.

PlusNet have had server issues and are aware of the problem.

Re: Yet another Webstats failure (YAWF)

Thanks for the confirmation that all worked as expected @kaspencer

We're not anticipating any further problems and this issue has shown our monitoring of the webstats platform is working as we'd expect so any future issues should be picked up as soon as they occur Smiley
