Would like to transfer 2 domains from PlusNet to Cloudflare

I called the customer support line on 02/10 asking to transfer my domains

and supplied the IPS Tag CLOUDFLARE

They then raised a request with NetOps(?) on the morning of 03/10

However, nothing has happened.

I waited the expected 24-48 hours and called back on two further occasions

Both operatives were as helpful as possible

but told me that only the person who I originally spoke to could give me an update,

they said they would message the person I originally spoke to asking them to send me an update

I've not yet heard anything

- I'm not sure if there was an issue, or it just hasn't been actioned yet, more info needed from me or what.

There's some config and DNS record changes I need to carry out once the transfer has happened so would be really useful to know when (or if!) it may happen

Is there anyone here that can help?

Afaik the 'fix' (ie the 'fixed' credit on a forum thread) is usually given to the person who (or whose post) sorted the problem, rather than the original poster (?)

Might have thought @willcutforth was entitled to be credited for this one.
