Would I lose my forum (PAYH)?

Hi!
I am currently on PlusNet Broadband Your Way Option 3 (Monthly Contract), £19.55. No Home Phone product.
I am thinking of changing to Plusnet Unlimited at £11.99/£15.99 a month (I am in a low cost area).
My worry is that I currently have a forum on PAYH which is doing well and which I would rather not lose.
Could you tell me if changing to the new package would mean losing my PAYH forum?
Thanks!

If you are a current customer you get to keep your extras, I moved to unlimited and kept my VoIP minutes, webspace etc.

Thanks, that's good news! The unlimited option is tempting for us now as iplayer has become part of out lifestyles and there are five of us!  Wink

Oh really? I thought it was an 18 month contract! Well that's a bit better!

Only 12 months if you don't take the free router and house move - otherwise 18 months

Ah ok! Thanks for letting me know! We've got a router but we never know when we might have to move as we are renting, so it's probably a bit risky to go without the free house move...

Re: Would I lose my forum (PAYH)?

Hi there again!
Got in touch with Jameseh yesterday, applied for my regrade last night. There was a note to the effect that the new package would come into operation on my next billing date (i.e. 23 June). Does this mean that we are still limited to 30GB this month, or are we now unlimited?
I hope it is the latter, because it is half-term and it's raining!  Wink

Hiya,
I'm afraid that because your product change is scheduled for your next billing date, your usage allowance won't change until then.

My suspicion is that Jameseh might have been referring obliquely to your avatar. Grin

Well, it's not the first time that Jameseh's humour is lost on me! He's good!
