Hi,
I have built websites in the past using Serif WebPlus and similar, but am now interested in using Wordpress.
Before I build a proper website, I would like to do some practise with Wordpress. I understand that one of the first requirements is a domain name.
Can anyone recommend a company who will provide free hosting and a free domain for a trial period. My potential customer has not decided on a domain name yet.
Thanks,
Geoff

Hello There,
Just for testing, you don't actually need a domain. If you want to see how wordpress works and such, try signing up for a wordpress account at http://wordpress.com/ - Not sure what you can do for customisation and such, but at least it's free!
Cheers,
Matt
