If anyone can help me I think I'll be the most grateful person in the world...!
I've been trying to install wordpress on my plusnet webspace all day. Finally managed to understand how to do it using the visual guide here:
http://www.esnips.com/doc/e44a5da5-a784-4de9-9fd0-8d772d83b89a/wordpress
This has mostly gone fine, only when I use FF to navigate to the index page to complete the installation I get the error message 'CCGI Error - Execution of this script is not permitted', followed by
Execution of (wordpress/index.php) is not permitted for the following reason:
Script is not executable. Issue 'chmod 755 filename'.
I've tried running fixphpperms.sh -r (as suggested somewhere on these forums) but then I get another error - the 'Internal Server Error'.
Does anyone have any ideas for a desperate beginner?!

Hi,
One of our Network Engineers posted the solution to this in http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,59525.msg485349.html#msg485349 so I'd give that a try and see what happens.

Colin,
Can anything be done on the ccgi to stop this from happening as it is affecting more and more people it appears.
