Why isn't the Plusnet website working properly?

On the Plusnet website, when I try to access all the pages like 'Manage account', 'billing' etc. I just get a blank page. So I can't view essential details of my account. Can someone please explain what's going on? Is the problem being fixed?

Hi there, Yes, it's a known issue, sorry to see that you're affected by this too. You might see one or two other threads mentioning the same issue such as this one: https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Account-Billing/White-Screen-of-death/td-p/1606564/page/4
