Why is Plus Net So Slooow to register new Domain Names

I have now been over a week with the 'awaiting confirmation from registrar' status on the Plus Net domain registration screen.

Past experience with the likes of Go Daddy registration was very quick and didn't take anything as long ?

As a new user I'm quite underwhelmed by the whole PN experience so far !

@dtox It could be worse, you could be totally underwhelmed with the PN experience and start a club.

I hope a Plusnet staff member will be along on Monday to pick this up.

I'll also feed the general question into the business.

Sorry to hear your domain isn't registered yet.

I can see we raised a ticket to the relevant team on Friday, they should pick that up within the next couple of days. I've also given one of my colleagues a nudge to see if we can complete the transfer as soon as possible.

It looks like we've picked up the ticket this morning and your domain should be working now?
