Hi Dan

I am a customer, have been since Force9 😀

The result says not available yet, as mentioned, does the road they have it. Could be they are on Virgin but as another poster said, sometimes the checking tool doesn't get it right.

Was hoping a sales/support rep can do a proper check. Well probably have to phone them to verify the situ.

@Starb7   you could just enter your info in the Openreach website, it will let you know if/when they plan to install Full Fibre. https://www.openreach.com/

To all involved, the BT Openreach page says from 'Now to December' so will just sit tight for now.

In your original post you said friends less than 500 mtrs down the road have Full Fibre. You could entry their address in the Address Checkers to see who supplies them if you're interested.

After investing, I think they are on Virgin Media. Make sense why PN can't offer it yet 😞
