Who Still has web space?

Hi
A general question on how many users still have web space as I don't see it listed on any of the packages any more?
This section is obviously busy so I assume a fair few.
Is it only people who joined many moons ago or can web space be added to any off the 3 current packages. Does it cost extra?
If you change from an old package that had web space will it be lost?

in essence any one on an old package could keep their goodies when they moved over to the new ones, so I have 250M free web space on the new Value package
