Where's Help Assist Gone ?

I wanted to raise a ticket (or two) tonight and I finally located the Help Assist page but it offers no option any longer on submitting a ticket, only the Live Chat or Phone Us.

Have Plusnet got rid of it or am I missing it somehow, please ?

We can no longer raise tickets, its been that way for a while now.  Now we have to phone in / use the chat / or post a thread here and hope its picked up.

Thanks for letting me know, Gus. Not something we were ever advised about, was it ? I've left them a note on Twitter with my main gripe as well as on here.
