Where are Plusnet Hosting Details?

I've got a plus web site. At the moment it's just a single HTML page. It looks like I could use PHP and MySQL with CGI but where are the full details of hosting facilities - I can't find anything about what you get when you sign up - maybe you don't get this any more?

Plusnet don't include webspace  for new signups anymore. However, if you transfer to one of the new accounts from a legacy account then you retain all the webspace / hosting capabilities that the legacy account gave you.

Do you have an icon called CGI in https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=mywebsite&?membermenu=websitesettings ?
If so you need to activate CGI which will then allow you to upload PHP to the ccgi servers.
