What is 'Technicolor Gateway'?

My website (not yet published) is hosted with www.unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk and I use Wordpress as my platform to make the site.
All of a sudden when I am trying to do anything on my website (logged in) I get the following message appear, see attachment.
What is it and why do I get it?

It's your router

And your username and password is written on a label on the bottom

It usually means that you have lost connectivity to the internet and it wants you to log in to sort it
