Can anyone tell me if there's currently an issue with the Webstats? I'm putting in the correct login details (I've tried every variation it could be) but I'm not able to access them. Are the login details the same as the ones I use in the Remote Info section of Dreamweaver? Thanks
Have you actually enabled webstats for your account & domains? You can do this via website settings -> webstats or Advanced Webstats on the portal. The login is the same as the portal login.
Yeah, I enabled them, a couple of months back, but this is the first time since then that I've wanted to check them. I've got two domains, and I can't log into either. There doesn't appear top be any kind of pasword reminder anywhere for them.
