Webstats - pie chart

.
For some weeks now, the "unknown" factor of the pie chart has been in the region of 30% (DNS look-ups? not sure exactly what affects this), but has coincided with "webstats issues" (webstats not running) far more than usually.
During the period before this when Webstats were largely okay, the "unknown" percentage was steady at around 17% daily.
I'm only flagging this up because in the long-distant past (years back), increases in the "unknown" factor of the pie chart usually coincided with deeper problems with the Webstats servers.
This morning the "unknown" percentage hit 40%, so I figured a post here might be in order : /    just mentioning this, for whatever it's worth.

Regards,
Penny.

Hi Penny,
I'll ask one of the network guys to have a look at that and see if they can make anything of the "coincidences"

thanks Smiley    hopefully it's nothing, but it's been some very long time since the "unknown" percentage got this high.

Penny.
