Webstats not generated 16th January

Webtats still showing those generated yesterday.
Nothing on the service status web page.
Can someone please kick the webstats script.

Once again, PN has to be told by customers that webstats are missing. Why is PN unaware of the problem?

Hi Joanne,
I understood from a couple of years back that a separate script was run daily to flag up when webstats have not been correctly generated.
Is that still the case and, if so, why is it not alerting staff?

As you may know it's ourselves on the digital care team that tend to deal with the majority of the service status posts. Even though we're not generally in over the weekend this still should have been picked up so we're sorry that nothing was posted prior to today.
