For years (I think) we users have been wondering why we have to tell you when this happens. What would be so difficult about someone checking at, say, 7.00am and starting the script manually if necessary?
There must be other routine checks you make. Could this please be added to the list?

Hi Keith, the issue *was* flagged by our monitoring platform on this occasion. It would have been called out whether brought to our attention or not.

Pleased to hear that, Bob. Thanks. Maybe a Service Status announcement would have let us know that you knew of the problem and we just needed to be be patient.
