It looks like the normal webstats run failed, with a manual run started to deliver them late. However no Service Status was raised to cover this.
Could Plusnet confirm if this is the case, and that everyone's webstats have been provided?

Yep, after checking problems raised today I've seen the webstats one. It was called out for early am but the CSC agent who made the call didn't post a ss, everyone should have their stats now.
