Re: Webstats missing (24th February)

That doesn't surprise me. Three of the six homepages servers were updated yesterday and taken out of commission last night as they were causing a lot of websites to fail.

... was the same here first thing (didn't have chance to post then).  I'd figured it might have had something to do with the homepages problems yesterday so checked just now when I got back here, and the Webstats (both sets) had arrived 11.30-ish.
Possible they might follow the same pattern tomorrow, if the homepages server work isn't quite finished yet, maybe.

Regards,
Penny.

Re: Webstats missing (24th February)

http://usergroup.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,7206.msg92224.html#msg92224 said three servers were being updated yesterday morning (I'm having a little trouble locating the service status announcement for this work).
Did one work without giving problems or were only two updated yesterday?

Re: Webstats missing (24th February)

Webstats are now available, I'm just going to update the service status now.
In fact I'm more efficient than I remember and clsoed this 3 hours ago when we got confirmation the run had completed.

Re: Webstats missing (24th February)

They're missing again this morning, we're putting a service status out now and going to manually run them.

Both sets have arrived here now (timestamps say 10.30 and 11.00am) - thanks Chris  Smiley
