Webstats missing (19th January)

Failed again. My turn to flag this up.
Service status still says that they will post an update on the previous failure (on the 17th) later that day.

Most odd.  I don't recall run-failures ever being so "consistently intermittent" - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.  Like tossing a coin, or the wiring not always quite making contact somehow.
It's under review anyway so hopefully normal service will be resumed shortly

A bit disconcerting however that there's been no acknowledgement of today's failed run, nor an update to service status.
As per IngeJones' comments on the Andy Baker thread - here and here - it might well be good if moderators had a button on posts to flag up matters needing urgent PN attention.
Am hoping that today's Webstats run has indeed been re-started but there's nothing to indicate that, so far : /

My stats for today started arriving at 16:23. However it's a poor show that we can only cross our fingers and hope that the run has been restarted.
