Webstats late?

Webstats (due today, for 28/10/16) don't appear to be in, yet.

Have checked on service status but didn't see anything re network maintenance that might have a bearing on this. Unless I missed something somewhere : /

Anyone else seeing this issue?

@Penny Yes you are right, no stats received today. As you said there's nothing in service status that might have caused this.

@Any idea how we get someone to start the Webstats run manually?  Not sure that the ticket system is still operating (?) (or who to put an @ reference to, on here : /).

Sorry, no. Last time webstats failed overnight they mysteriously appeared late in the day. We can only hope the same happens again prompted by your earlier post.

Raising a ticket isn't likely to get a response until Monday.

It now seems that there are no webstats yet for either 28th or 29th October.

ALSO my webspace usage has been reported as 0MB for at least the last month, while it is in fact nearly 200MB. I did post a message in the forum but no-one picked it up.

... yes, saw that they had reappeared, the last time, had thought that their auto-flag system (where they get notified if there's an issue) had worked, and they'd fixed it promptly. Clearly hasn't happened this time, I wonder why not?

Today's are missing here also. Just hoping that someone at F9/PN will become aware there's an issue and fix both - not beyond the bounds of possibility as it's been done before, but the processes have to be started before the next auto-run actually takes place, I believe : /

Hi Support,

Webstats didn't appear yesterday for 28/10, nor today for 29/10.

Is there any chance someone could - *TODAY* - start the run manually for the stats of the 28th, then follow up (when completed) with the run for the 29th?

If this isn't dealt with by the next auto-run (likely tomorrow, for stats of 30/10) then both the preceding days will be lost.

Prompt action to resolve this would be appreciated, thanks : )

Not entirely sure that anyone will see it in time (ticket response time quoted as 19h plus) but equally someone at F9/PN might see it on this forum, today, still.  Hopefully : )

 Delighted to say that all three runs have been processed manually, and are now in place : )  All three days (stats for 28th/29th/30th) were missing when checked at 11.30am today; have been away from PC but just back now, and the final set of the three looks to have been generated at 19.03pm.

My thanks go to whoever in Support/Networks went to the trouble of rescuing the stats for all three days

Yes, pleased to see that on this occasion none of the stats have been lost.

My sets covering 28/29/30 Oct completed at 12:54/16:05/19:09 31 Oct respectively.
