Webstats for 08/03/12 missing

Title says it all really, and no service status announcement.

We should eventually be OK as it is not a weekend. I will raise a ticket in an hour or so if this is not picked up.

oh.
just checked, and not here either.
However, just looked on service status and it said
"Planned Network Maintenance - Thursday 8th March 6.00am-6.30am"
which would have been after the previous Webstats run which looks like it was around 4am yesterday.
So maybe that has had some bearing on Webstats not having run automatically today.

I posted a service status about it earlier. I was probably in the process of raising it when you posted. I''ve been informed that they should be populated in the next couple of hours.

Thanks, Jo. Yesterday's webstats have now appeared.
They normally seem to be created at around 03:30 to 04:00 each night. If they have not, then surely that must be apparent by, say, 05:00 or 06:00. That is when I would think a service status could be posted. We always seem to have to wait until the day shift comes in before anyone even notices that there has been a problem. If a failure is automatically flagged, then there needs to be some procedure for dealing with it.

Just updated the service status as they should be through for everybody now Smiley
