Webstats again missing/late

Four days have elapsed since I posted a request for action on the missing stats for 18th November, and I have had no reply.
Now, on the 24th there were once again no web stats delivered this morning.
So we already have missing stats for 18th November, and now it looks as though we will have at least one other day with no data.
PLUSNET: If you choose to host, and charge for hosting web domains, you MUST offer a reliable statistics service.
Please can you deal with this issue promptly, properly and competently.

The chances of anyone from Plusnet picking up this topic in time are probably 50:50. So I'm afraid you need to follow this advice:

Why is there never any service status announcement when the failure has been flagged? We would the know that someone has noticed and is doing something about it.

Are they still missing? I've checked a few accounts and things look to have run successfully. Can't see anything flagged in our monitoring platform, however I do know there were some scripts started late this morning following some overnight maintenance.
