I wondered about posting a similar message, and wondered also whether anyone would see it before next Tuesday.
Why do these things seem to happen so often at the beginning of a bank holiday weekend?

Just to advise that this has been raised internally as Problem number 74843
Our on call engineer will arrange to get this sorted as soon as possible.

Just an update to advise the script has been kicked off for you now.
The delay with getting this sorted out was due to the internal system issues we had earlier on this morning
The script should complete within the next few hours.
